Our history begins in the heart of rural old country Italy. Where the love of great cheese began four generations ago.
In 1970, Vincenzo Aiello and family brought the Art and Tradition of Italian cheese making in Canada. Later in 1979 Vincenzo Aiello launched the beginning of the Parmx cheese Company. His vision was to bring moral and ethical values to the business community and continue his love for cheese making.
Over the years we have grown and expanded. The flavour of cheese available has broadened and our perspective of utilizing cheese is basically the same as it was years ago. Our advancement in new product development has proven to be a huge step towards the future of cheese.
We are a CFIA registered plant, HACCP, 3rd Party Audited Annually, Achieving the Highest Standard in Food Safety, member of the Alberta Food Processors Association and we are also Exporters.
Our traditional art begins by selecting from only the finest cheese and beneficial ingredients. Using all our traditional knowledge we then formulate to create various versatile high quality products.
We have found the impeccable medium between mechanical and traditional. Our state of the art automated facilities allow for high demand requirements, without compromising quality.
